4. Payment Terms
Payment Structure
- Deposit: 30% upon contract signing
- Progress Payments: 40% upon project milestone completion
- Final Payment: 30% upon project completion and handover

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
- 7+ days before start: Full deposit refund
- 3-6 days before start: 50% deposit refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund

6. Warranties & Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty
All work is guaranteed for 2 years from project completion date.
Materials Guarantee
Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we help facilitate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProKnacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana, USA.
